Tattoos, are they really bad?

According to the bible we are not suppose to mark our body but it is unclear on some things...
Leviticus 19:26-28: 26: "you shall not eat anything with the blood, nor shall you practice divination or soothsaying" (does that mean not eat meat, or look at meat?) 27: "You shall not shave around the sides of your head, nor shall you disf...igure the edges of your beard" (so does that mean no fades, blow outs, buzzcuts just long hair, and have rick ross beard?) 28: "you shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, not tattoo any marks on you:: I am the Lord" (ok with the cuttings of flesh for the dead thats suicidal but no tattoo markings?)

the bible has many unanswered questions...

And 1 Corinthians 6:19-20: "What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's." If our body is our temple of the holy ghost why does the bible say its flesh and flesh will die and go back into earth but our spirits will rise to heaven? does that not mean that having tattoos doesnt matter because it is embedded on our skin which will die and go back to earth but our souls will go to heaven. Our souls dont have tattoos on them so wassup? Im not trying to rebel against God's words, its just unclear to me.
